Job Summary
As a Technical Project Coordinator at John W. Danforth Company you will play a key role in keeping our technology projects organized on track and moving forward. Youll partner with IT engineering and business teams to coordinate activities track progress and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support planning scheduling and tracking for technical projects to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain project plans timelines documentation and key deliverables.
Coordinate communication across technical teams and business stakeholders including status updates and reporting.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks issues or delays as needed.
Ensure adherence to project management processes standards and methodologies.
Identify and track risks and issues supporting mitigation and resolution efforts.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular reporting on status and performance.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate project requirements into actionable tasks.
Support coordination of production releases enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
25 years of experience in project coordination IT or a related role.
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with project tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps MS Project).
Familiarity with technical environments and software development processes.
Understanding of Agile Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $55000-$70000
Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
