Job Summary
Tektronix Component Solutions is seeking a strategic and driven Technical Program Manager to lead highimpact microelectronics manufacturing test and internal capability development initiatives at our Beaverton OR this role you will be at the center of program execution and decisionmakingguiding crossfunctional teams strengthening internal technical and operational capabilities and driving complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
This position is well suited for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments excels at building alignment across engineering operations and business functions and is motivated by delivering sustainable internal improvements alongside product and technology outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead crossfunctional teams to deliver technical and operational programs on time within budget and to defined quality and performance standards.
- Drive internal capability development initiatives including manufacturing readiness test infrastructure process improvement and technology enablement projects.
- Implement Daily and Visual Management tools to monitor KPIs improve execution rigor and support continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering operations supply chain quality and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable program plans.
- Identify assess and mitigate technical schedule and resource risks proactively to ensure program continuity and longterm organizational benefit.
- Provide clear datadriven program updates and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and disciplined execution across technical and business teams.

- Proven ability to drive alignment and execution in a matrixed technically complex organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering business or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5 years of technical or program management experience ideally within microelectronics semiconductors advanced manufacturing or related industries.
- Experience leading internal development process improvement or capabilitybuilding initiatives strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project MS Planner and Jira
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. ITAR) or defenseadjacent programs is a plus.
- PMI/PMP certification preferred; equivalent experience or training considered.
