Job title: Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master
Loation: Raleigh NC Charlotte NC or Atlanta GA
W2 Position
Job Summary:
Own end-to-end requirement refinement across all Payment RAILs (SWIFT ACH RTGS etc.) and translate business needs into developer-ready documentation and user stories
Technically involved in documenting requirements using JSON YAML and REST API specs with strong attention to detail.
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning backlog grooming reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with engineering compliance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable payment solutions.
Work proficiently with tools such as Rally Confluence Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and end-to-end payment processing flows.
7 years of experience as a Product Owner preferably in fintech or banking.
Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
Required Skills:
Take care of the requirement refinement for all Payment RAILs
Technically involved in documenting the requirement Knowledge of JSON YAML Documentation
Run Scrum ceremonies
Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards
Experience with tools such as Rally Confluence Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
