Key Responsibilities

Own and drive product roadmap development for digital/online banking initiatives
Act as a bridge between business and engineering-translate requirements into actionable solutions
Write and manage Jira user stories ensuring clarity for development teams
Provide high-level solution design (without requiring developers to act as solution architects)
Support agile ceremonies and function as a Scrum-aligned Product Owner
Define and document API integrations and technical requirements
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
Help remove ambiguity and reduce solutioning burden from development teams
Partner with stakeholders across retail banking digital products and customer experience

Qualifications

Experience as a Technical Product Owner Product Manager or Scrum Product Owner in an Agile environment
Strong background working with engineering teams on digital products
Experience with API-driven architectures and integrations
Ability to contribute to solution design at a high level
Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery processes
Strong documentation and requirement-writing skills

Preferred Experience

Retail banking / financial services experience (strongly preferred)
Exposure to consumer digital banking platforms
Experience with tools/platforms such as:
- Candescent (Intelligent Banking Platform)
- Terafina (NCR Voyix) digital account opening and onboarding
