Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive solution design development and delivery of cloud-native applications. The role involves leading engineering teams mentoring developers conducting design/code reviews and ensuring high-quality scalable and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical solutioning and delivery within Agile/Scrum teams.

Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure SDLC and quality compliance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.

Resolve technical challenges and drive best practices.

Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies tools and frameworks.

Promote knowledge sharing innovation and continuous learning.

Mandatory Skills

10 years of Full Stack Development experience with TypeScript Angular AWS and UI technologies.

5 years of experience leading engineering teams.

Strong expertise in Angular (Services Guards Resolvers Interceptors Pipes DI Routing) TypeScript 4 RxJS HTML and SCSS.

7 years developing and deploying Angular applications on AWS including reusable UI components and frameworks such as SSO and Observability.

3 years developing REST/JSON services using AWS Lambda.

3 years developing AWS AppSync GraphQL services.

1 year of AWS infrastructure automation using Terraform/Terragrunt.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Positive attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations.
