Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our Technical Training Academy in Conroe TX. This role will deliver classroom-based and hands-on technical training focused on electrical power and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong practical industry experience and the ability to demonstrate complex technical concepts to technicians customers and service professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on technical training.
• Demonstrate the operation installation and maintenance of power and mechanical equipment.
• Develop and maintain training materials equipment and laboratory environments.
• Ensure training labs and equipment are safe functional and course-ready.
• Provide technical guidance and practical demonstrations to trainees.
• Support continuous improvement of technical training programs.
• Deliver general safety and professional development courses as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in electrical power or mechanical systems.
• Background in data centers critical infrastructure industrial facilities or commercial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of power distribution electrical equipment mechanical systems or related technologies.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and demonstrate equipment operation.
• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring coaching or training technical teams is an advantage
