Technical Implementations Specialist

HealthBay is a leading healthcare company that provides innovative solutions and services to improve the overall health and well-being of individuals and communities. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementations Specialist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions for client implementations

- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and deliverables for technical implementations

- Configure and customize software applications to meet client needs

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of all technical implementations

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation

- Document and maintain technical specifications user guides and other relevant documentation

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical implementation processes

- Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner

- Train clients on how to use new technical solutions and provide ongoing support as needed

- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical implementations or a similar role

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies

- Experience with configuring and customizing software applications

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or SQL

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and related technologies is a plus
