Our enterprise imaging solutions are used by hospitals and health systems across the United States supporting critical clinical workflows every this role you will work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help support troubleshoot and maintain customer environments while continuing to develop your technical skillset.

What you will do
- Support customer environments by troubleshooting technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
- Assist with investigating system behavior through log analysis monitoring tools and structured problem-solving
- Work closely with senior engineers project teams and support teams to coordinate issue resolution and system improvements
- Support customer implementations upgrades and configuration activities
- Learn and develop technical knowledge across networking operating systems integrations and healthcare IT workflows
- Communicate directly with hospital IT teams and end users to support customer needs and provide technical assistance
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams through responsiveness collaboration and professionalism
- Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully trained and onboarded
