Job Summary

This role may require an active Top Secret / SCI clearance and the ability to operate in classified and sensitive mission ResponsibilitiesLead technical architecture and solution design for major programs strategic initiatives and customer mission integrated technical solutions that align mission objectives operational realities cybersecurity requirements and delivery engineering standards technical reviews architecture governance and technical tradeoff decisions across programs and solution as a senior technical advisor to government and corporate leadership on architecture strategy mission integration and emerging with government customers program managers engineers architects cybersecurity professionals and corporate leadership to develop achievable and operationally relevant proposal development technical volume creation solution shaping customer briefings and capture innovation initiatives and help identify differentiators that strengthen mission delivery and market technical solutions align with security compliance RMF Zero Trust operational and enterprise architecture complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical senior technical staff and contribute to the development of technical leadership pipelines across the a culture of accountability operational excellence collaboration and mission-first problem Qualifications:Active Top Secret / SCI security degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Cybersecurity or related technical discipline. (Masters degree preferred.)Typically 15 years of relevant technical leadership experience supporting Department of Defense Intelligence Community or Federal Government experience leading major technical efforts enterprise architectures solution engineering initiatives or technical delivery ability to collaborate across government and corporate organizations to develop and implement mission-focused technical understanding of systems engineering enterprise architecture cybersecurity cloud infrastructure modernization and mission guiding technical tradeoffs between mission performance compliance requirements schedule risk and operational to communicate effectively with senior executives engineers operators acquisition professionals and mission Technical ExperienceExperience in one or more mission-relevant capability areas including:Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA)Risk Management Framework (RMF)Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)Cloud Architecture and EngineeringDevSecOps and Platform EngineeringCybersecurity Engineering and AssessmentEnterprise Systems IntegrationData Architecture and AnalyticsMission Network ModernizationLeadership ExpectationsSets the standard for technical excellence operational credibility and cultural alignment across technical solutions are operationally effective executable secure and aligned with organizational and mission and develops senior technical personnel while fostering accountability consistency and as a trusted technical authority for difficult architectural decisions technical risk management and mission integration technical direction beyond immediate tasking and contributes to long-term organizational growth and capability a bias toward action ownership collaboration and mission-focused Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
