Job Summary
Lead technical delivery for the DHS/CBP ETMSS program. Coordinate Agile delivery technical teams milestones risks dependencies stakeholder communication and program reporting for mission-critical federal systems. Hybrid Direct Hire role in Ashburn VA three days onsite per week.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen with active DHS DoD Top Secret or Q-level clearance
- Technical delivery project/program management and Agile leadership experience
- Ability to manage scope schedules risks dependencies and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Jira/Confluence SDLC practices technical reporting and stakeholder briefings
- Strong communication and federal enterprise delivery experience
Benefits
Compensation: $175000 target salary. Direct Hire role with confirmed funding and approximately two years remaining on the CBP ETMSS contract.
