Responsibilities

• Create clear and engaging technical documentation that meets user needs
• Develop user manuals technical guides and tutorials
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand technical specifications
• Update and maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy
• Research and write content for blog posts and marketing materials
• Ensure consistency in style tone and quality across all written materials
• Contribute to project discussions and provide insights on content strategy
• Familiarize yourself with our software products to create effective documentation

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content
• Detail-oriented with a knack for research
• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g. Markdown DITA) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of software development processes is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Degree in English Technical Communication or related field is a plus
