In this role you will:nn- Deeply understand our customers and partners organizations and ambitionsand be seen as a trusted advisor on the Apple hardware software and services.n- Work collaboratively across Apple channel partners and customers to remove technical barriers and friction points to enhance readiness for our platform and to inspire change.n- Deliver the technical enablement strategy and execute readiness initiatives to integrate Apple into customer environments and partners product and service offerings.n- Regularly assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of partner capabilities.n- Leverage every engagement as an opportunity to enable our partners to learn Apples messaging or best practices.n- Provide pre-sales technical expertise to our partners on new business opportunitiessharing status and progressing them through to closure.
8 years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales consultative role spanning IT infrastructure networking security or enterprise technology solutionsnHands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows macOS and iOS/iPadOSnStrong pre-sales experience including qualifying overcoming objections and obstacles and closing business in collaboration with channel partnersnExpertise in building and delivering compelling presentations demonstrations and seminarsnAbility to build maintain and strengthen high-level customer and partner relationshipsnComfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none existsnBachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong experience engaging and enabling channel partners to drive joint sales outcomesnStrong understanding of IT enterprise architecture with a focus on end user computing environments and solutionsnExperience deploying Apple technologies into enterprise IT environments including device management integration with existing infrastructure and end user adoptionnOutstanding communication presentation and organizational skillsnPassion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps resilience to manage ambiguity and drive to optimize processes and create solutionsnExcellent collaboration and relationship building skills including the ability to influence cross-functionally navigate organizational structures and manage complex relationships
