Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong C# / .NET / Azure development expertise and deep HR domain knowledge. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing HR applications (nonWorkday) requiring handson technical capabilities combined with a solid understanding of HR business processes such as Payroll Time & Attendance Labor Standards Employee Verification and Gratuity.

The ideal candidate has worked across endtoend delivery including requirements gathering solution design development support integrations testing and production support in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
  • Define analyze and document business requirements workflows and functional needs
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Capture functional and nonfunctional requirements in detail

2. Technical Analysis & Solution Design
  • Analyze existing systems data flows APIs and integrations
  • Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and HR business processes

3. CrossFunctional Collaboration
  • Work closely with IT Engineering QA Product and HR stakeholders
  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement and scope clarification
  • Liaise with end users to validate system functionality and business fit

4. Development & Application Support
  • Participate in the development lifecycle including user story creation and technical guidance
  • Support production systems through job monitoring issue analysis and resolution
  • Work on both development and support projects

5. Testing Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct testing debugging and troubleshooting to optimize system performance
  • Validate integrations data accuracy and endtoend HR workflows
  • Ensure solutions meet business expectations before deployment

6. Project & Change Management Support
  • Support project planning scheduling and risk management activities
  • Assist in managing technical deliverables and timelines
  • Support change management through documentation training materials and communications

7. System Implementation & Optimization
  • Implement new systems enhancements and upgrades
  • Integrate new applications with existing HR and enterprise platforms
  • Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements

8. Reporting & Compliance
  • Create and maintain reports on system performance and project status
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards licensing security and governance policies
