- Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Compliance Registrations team
- Document current registration workflows rules and processes
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT to design enhance and automate workflows and systems
- Identify and analyze data sources for integration opportunities
- Support system testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Ensure effective communication and detailed documentation throughout all project phases
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word Excel) for documentation and analysis
- Apply knowledge of registration/licensing requirements (e.g. FINRA NFA)
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and use tools like Jira
