Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements from different downstream and translate them into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
Serve as the functional and technical SME for Commercial Lending.
Data Modeling & Mapping: Leverage deep knowledge of the Loan IQ Data Model to map source-to-target data requirements.
Database Querying & Analysis: Write and execute complex SQL queries against the Loan IQ database.
System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers and data architects to design event-driven data flows.
Testing & Validation: Develop comprehensive functional and technical test cases coordinate SIT and UAT.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date functional and technical design documents data dictionaries and system process flows.

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst Data Analyst or Systems Analyst within the banking financial services or commercial lending domain.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.
Proven experience navigating and querying the Loan IQ underlying relational database.
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
Strong foundational knowledge of corporate lending syndicated loans agency functions and bilateral loans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
