Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise application architecture using Java and Oracle technologies.
- Support modernization of legacy systems including monolithic and on-prem applications.
- Define migration strategies toward cloud-native and service-oriented architectures.
- Collaborate with business infrastructure and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership code reviews and architecture governance.
- Optimize application performance database design and system integration.
- Develop integration strategies across legacy and modern platforms.
- Create technical documentation architecture diagrams and modernization roadmaps.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE Spring Boot REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Deep experience with Oracle Database PL/SQL performance tuning and data modeling.
- Experience working with legacy systems modernization and migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container technologies is preferred.
- Experience with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of SDLC Agile methodologies and enterprise security standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience modernizing government judicial or large enterprise systems.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
- Familiarity with legacy technologies and integration frameworks.
