A Brief Overview
Supports and maintain hardware and software. This includes installing diagnosing repairing maintaining and upgrading hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. Responsible for troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and providing end user training and assistance where
What you will do
- Repairs and maintains PC printer software and associated peripheral equipment as necessary to maintain proper operation.
- Troubleshoots PC printer software and associated peripheral equipment to determine the source of malfunctions.
- Maintains logs and device inventories.
- Provides network cabling in designated areas according to Avera standards.
- Consults with management and/or Network Analysts to solve operational/repair/maintenance problems and help design methods and procedures to improve the efficiency productivity and control of these operations.

Preferred Education License/Certification or Work Experience:
- Associates in related area
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) - Microsoft Microsoft or other relevant network systems or administration certifications
