Job Description:

• Position: Technical Advisor (3rd Shift - (11 PM 7 AM)

• Location: Pontiac MI
• Duration: Full Time / Permanent
• Pay rate: Up to $62/Hr

About the Opportunity (Responsibilities)

• Conduct in-depth research on engine maintenance and produce clear technically accurate reports that drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with our Repair Station and Product Support teams to coordinate engine maintenance activities ensuring seamless operations.
• Provide hands-on engine maintenance instruction to service centre technicians fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Perform fleet analysis alongside a dedicated team contributing to the overall success of our product support initiatives.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience is required.
• A knack for independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is preferred (Pilot A&P Engineer or other technical roles).
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
• U.S. citizenship is required along with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance if necessary.
