What You Will Do

• Lead engineering initiatives to develop and enhance scalable applications using Go and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for airfield operations.
• Drive the technical vision and architecture of projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Go and React with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Compensation and Benefits
