LBAPS is seeking a results-drivenTech Implementation Leadto manage and execute internal technology projects across a multi-state ABA organization. This role bridges operations finance and systemsensuring projects are completed adopted and scalable.

• Lead and complete multiple tech implementation projects
• Translate technical workflows into clear operational processes
• Improve efficiency cost control and system performance
• Collaborate across finance clinical and operations teams

• Proven track record of completing complex projects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
