Conduct multiple daily production floor walks maintaining HR accessibility to all team members.
Support managers with training initiatives on the production floor and in classroom settings.
Welcome all new hires and guide them through onboarding training and their first weeks on the job.
Track new hire checklists probationary reviews and followup touchpoints to ensure a smooth start.
Help all team members understand company policies benefits and procedures in a clear caring way.
Translate (verbal and written) as needed to ensure every team member has a clear understanding of training policies and resources.
Demonstrate resourcefulness in quickly locating information and solutions to meet team member and manager needs.
Support new hire orientations - setting up scheduling translating and conducting/presenting.
Assist with completing HR documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide coverage and support for receptionist and HR Technician.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability to speak read and translate Spanish and English.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules that can include 2nd and/or 3rd shift hours occasionally.
Minimum of an Associates degree preferred or equivalent in Human Resources related experience.
Experience with personal computers to include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or custom software.
Demonstrated organizational skills and reliability.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to take initiative to solve problems and interpret employment regulations.
Strong leadership skills.
Self-motivated and self-directed. Ability to work successfully with minimal supervision.
Strong time management skills & ability to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Focused attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work in a cold environment (35 to 40 Degrees) and/or warm environment (85 degrees).
