Team Supervisor, Chesapeake Connections

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to assist in overseeing the day-to-day administrative running of the treatment team. Your efforts will support the care team in achieving positive outcomes related to program goals.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Serving as a primary case manager for a small caseload.
• Serving as a point person in the absence of the clinical team coordinator in ensuring that daily tasks and goals are completed.
• Tracking proper completion of weekly and monthly reporting.

The pay range for this position is $58349.50 minimum to $65563.62 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.

What we need from you.

• One of the following education and experience combinations:
  • A bachelors degree and five years of experience.
  • A masters degree and three years of experience.
• A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
