Job Summary
KINNECT is seeking a Team Manager to lead our Occupational Health services across our Belmont and Joondalup clinics.
This opportunity has arisen following a leadership transition and presents a strong opportunity to step into a key operational role leading established services in Belmont while supporting the continued development of our new Joondalup clinic.
In this role you will lead our Occupational Health teams driving service quality operational performance and a strong team culture across both sites.
As Team Manager you will be responsible for the leadership and performance of our Occupational Health teams across Belmont and Joondalup.
This role has a clear focus on Occupational Health service delivery including pre-employment medicals and health surveillance.
Teams are primarily made up of nursing staff with a focus on efficient high-quality service delivery.
Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead coach and support clinic-based teams
- Build a strong accountable and positive team culture
- Drive capability uplift and consistent performance across sites
Operational & Service Delivery Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery across both clinics
- Ensure clinical governance standards and SOP adherence
- Optimise workflow utilisation and clinic efficiency
Client & Customer Focus
- Maintain high standards of client experience
- Support relationships with key local clients and referrers
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow Occupational Health services
Financial & Clinic Performance
- Contribute to performance across revenue utilisation and cost control
- Support resource planning aligned to service demand
- Drive accountability for clinic-level performance outcomes

- Accredited health professional (AHPRA ESSA or equivalent)
- Experience in Occupational Health (preferred) or transferable clinical leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance outcomes

- Comfortable leading across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
