As a Team Leader you will continue performing all responsibilities of an Independent Roofing Sales Contractor while also supporting recruiting training and coaching efforts within your team.

WhatYoullDo:

• Generate your own leads through canvassing referrals networking and community outreach
• Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them with confidence through the process
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently
• Deliveran exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion
• Consistently achieve personal sales goals and revenue targets

• Lead by example through strong personal sales performance and professionalism
• Mentor coach and support new Independent Roofing Sales Contractors as they enter the business
• Share proven sales strategies product knowledge and industry best practices
• Conduct ride-alongs sales training sessions and hands-on coaching in the field
• Help team members develop confidence in prospecting inspections presentations and closing sales
• Support recruiting efforts by identifying and attracting high-quality sales talent
• Foster a positive accountable and growth-oriented team culture
• Encourage team members to meet and exceed their individual goals
• Serve as a trusted resource for questions related to roofing systems insurance claims customer service and sales processes
• Collaborate with company leadership to improve team performance and drive overall growth

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Proven sales experience in the roofing industry
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
• Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
• Self-motivated entrepreneur with the ability to work independently
• Organized detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working in the field and engaging directly with homeowners
• Willing to learn and execute company standards
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain)
