As a member of ourteam youll play an important role in helping patients access the care they need. Youll be one of the first points of contact for our patients families visitors and physicians both in person and over the phone.

Were looking for someone who is friendly patient-focused organized and detail-oriented with strong computer skills and a genuine desire to help others.

• Provide a welcoming positive and patient-oriented experience to every customer.
• Register patients and schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Assist with referrals and related processes.
• Collect and accurately enter demographic insurance and other necessary patient information.
• Help coordinate patient payments post charges and payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with patients families visitors physicians and members of the healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:Shifts will vary based on department needs.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail are important.
• A caring professional and patient-focused approach is essential.
