Job Summary:Coordinateactivities of hourly productionassociatesengaged in the manufacture ofproductsin accordance withsafety quality build scheduleand labor withthe Production Supervisor Maintenance andEngineering to develop andimproveproduction-related processes and equipment/tooling.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with safety programs and guidelines to ensure cleanorderlyand safe working conditions.
• Ensure production employees understand andcomply withStandardWork Instructions Process Specifications Inspection Records TrainingDocumentsand other work instructions.
• Verify that production personnel are assigned to areas where documented training has been completed.
• Maintain time and production outputgoals
• Maintain time and production records and other reporting elements.
• Supportteam membersin professional development
• Perform other functions as assigned.
• Respond to support calls by team members
• Processstartup and control
• Fill in for absent team members

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Good analytical skillsproblemssolving skills communication skills project management skills and leadership skills.
• Intermediate level knowledge of MS Outlook MSWordand MS Excelpreferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment witha strong senseof urgency.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste handling.
• Knowledge of general OSHA regulations.

Credentials and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Meets minimum year requirement as a team member
• Knowledgeable in the skills of the assigned production team for which team leader will oversee

• This position may work additional days outside established work schedule to achieve production goals as necessary. Additionally work in the plant and outdoors in the field therefore subject to all weather conditions sometimes to include extreme cold and heat. The work described while working in the plant or field will require wearing all PPE depending on circumstance which may include: safety glasses hard hat ear protection leather gloves safety vest and steel toed boots
