This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination trading processing and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.

Compensation: $29.77/hr

A typical work day may include:

• Lead and promote safety food safety quality standards and housekeeping practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for management initiatives work orders and team communications
• Safely and efficiently operate site equipment including bagging machines shipping systems and motorized vehicles
• Support onboarding of new employees and contractors and deliver ongoing training through daily shift handoffs and safety meetings
• Perform approximately 50% of the same tasks as the team being supervised
• Ensure full compliance with all safety rules and regulations

What you will need:

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat cold dust loud noise etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending lifting up to 50lbs kneeling climbing crawling and twisting with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work overtime including weekends holidays or different shifts with advance notice
• Must have a valid drivers license or ID
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production-related work
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Forklift certification

• Computer skills for data entry related to label production and the ability to monitor inventory and shipment completion; experience with warehouse/shipping systems SAP or inventory management software
• Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment (e.g. packaging machinery)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner
• Consistently demonstrates strong safety leadership
