Overview:As a Team Leader I in the Supported Employment program you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing a team dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Youll ensure the delivery of high-quality employment services maintain compliance with regulatory standards and foster strong relationships with community employers and support networks. Your leadership will directly impact the success and independence of those we Youll Bring:A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and helping them achieve meaningful organizational analytical and interpersonal capabilities to guide and support a team in the in developing new training materials and employment opportunities.A collaborative spirit to work with families employers and support Youll Have:A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Human Services preferred).12 years of experience supporting individuals with such as CESP or ACRE-approved Employment Services credentials.A valid drivers license and willingness to provide transportation as in documentation scheduling and service tracking.A Typical Day May Include:Leading and supporting staff in the field with regular site job placements and maintaining employer timely and accurate documentation for billing and service hours outcomes and productivity on-call support and arranging coverage for job in team meetings and collaborating with Program for individuals progress toward community employment.
