Team Lead – Multi-Unit Franchise Operations (Full-Time Float)

The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a dynamic Team Lead to support our growing multi-unit franchise operation across the Northeast quadrant of Atlanta. This is a full-time floating position designed for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making an impact across multiple locations.

This role will start as a full-time float across several clinics with the opportunity to transition into a dedicated home location after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

Pay: $18/ hr Incentives and Performance bonuses

• Lead and support teams across multiple locations ensuring consistent service and operational standards
  
• Drive sales performance while delivering excellent customer service
  
• Support day-to-day operations including scheduling workflows and staff coordination
  
• Coach motivate and develop front-line team members
  
• Assist with onboarding and training to ensure team success
  
• Act as a reliable point of support for managers and leadership
  

• Proven experience in sales customer service and operations oversight
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently across multiple locations
  
• Organized dependable and solution-oriented
  
• Comfortable in a floating role with flexibility in schedule and location
• Background check required
• Previous management/key holder/trainer/team lead experience is required.
