Team Lead IRTS

SUMMARYThis position works with the Clinical Director to help oversee delivery of consumer support services for an assigned location. Supervises personnel to achieve service clinical and financial objectives within general resources and reimbursement models. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities. This position will provide services that promote consumer choice and facilitates JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below. Supervises assigned Assessment and medical/behavioral variety of assessments such as suicidal VA immediate needs functional living skills and resource Interpretative crisis/treatment/behavioral plans and goals for Progress notes summaries and and Individual Counseling the treatment/rehabilitative activities and significant / major incidents or in external / internal investigations as high levels of mutual trust and support with coaching/learning successes and areas for improvement for positive expectations of others even in difficult tasks or responsibilities for the purpose of developing others good performance and promotes employee staff training designated to meet staff educational needs licensing standards and consumer staff to report issues of non-compliance through appropriate Employee evaluations when and promotes consumer choice and facilitate operations to ensure compliance with contractual legal and regulatory other duties designed to improve employee effectiveness as a member of the the operation in a positive manner to the community and outside community integration and choice accepts responsibility for attendance and self in a professional and ethical and is willing to assist others accepts productive individual and teamwork information in a confidential in an open and honest proper authorities of circumstances or situations that present possible health and implements established policies on health safety security code of conduct regulation and company tasks as RESPONSIBILITIESManages assigned personnel.
