Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)Position Description
Responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities within the area assigned to achieve established objectives. Coordinate work assignments and facilitate safety quality delivery inventory productivity and training accomplishment of assigned team.
Main Functions and Responsibilities
Team Lead I
Able to work the line in multiple stations. Think critically Problem Solve issues on the line Escalate the issue as needed. Train on safety company policy scheduling overtime standard work and nonconformances. Train on communication Lean processes and tracking Lets Get Started and leadership skills. Ensure pull system and business standards (including but not limited to: TAKT sheet expectations escalation processes) are being followed. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders
Basic Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience preferred: Data Stream nonconformances behavioral based safety Crane Certified
Team Lead II

Think critically problem solve issues on the line escalate the issue as needed. Work on 9 steps (Lean) nonconformances behavioral based safety manufacturing daily improvement board 5s TPM and running GEMBA/Lets Get Started. Write or re-write std work standard work audits and continuous improvement drive safety culture. Train with supervisor to be able to cover when not present. Work on the lines schedule overtime and personnel training/schedule. Ensure TAKT expectations jump in and get line back to TAKT escalation processes are being followed documenting misses. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders. Responsible for safety in zone drive safety culture. Responsible for quality in zone.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 2-year experience: Data Stream NCMS BBS schedules MDI board some knowledge of Excel and Word Team Leader Development Program Graduate.
Team Lead III
Think critically Problem Solve Escalate the issues train others document misses on pareto board and use 5 why to reduce future occurrence. Work on 9 steps (Lean) nonconformances behavioral based safety manufacturing daily improvement board 5s TPM and running GEMBA/Lets Get Started. Write or re-write standard work standard work audits and continuous improvement. Able to cover when supervisor is not present. Work on the lines schedule overtime and personnel training/schedule Continuous Improvements for the line YOY of 10%. Ensure TAKT expectations jump in and get line back to TAKT escalation processes are being followed. Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders. Conduct Safety Audits throughout line drive safety culture. Quality-able to drive line to meet quality metric using (Business Operating Standards tools). Work with WGM to achieve Plant KPI.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 2-year experience in addition to Team Leader Development Program Graduate Data Stream nonconformances behavioral based safety schedules manufacturing daily improvement board. Some knowledge of Excel and Word.
2026 Base PayRange (for Colorado Residents): $26.34 to $37.00 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges)
