Team Lead – 1st Shift 27.00hr

Schedule: Mon Fri 4:00 AM 2:00 PM OT Required

What You Will Do:

This role leads day-to-day operations for DECON production line driving safety quality and output performance. As a hands-on leader youll guide a small team on the floor while ensuring production targets and operational standards are consistently met.

• Lead day-to-day operations for the DECON production line to ensure safety quality and output targets are met
• Coordinate workflow and support production employees throughout the shift
• Monitor line performance and track key production metrics
• Identify and resolve equipment process and staffing issues in real time
• Provide direction coaching and guidance to team members on the floor
• Ensure compliance with standardized work instructions and quality documentation
• Manage special orders including rush hold and priority production requests
• Partner with leadership to support training onboarding and team development

What you need

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to lead small teams and drive performance to production targets
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues on the floor
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on production environment

Preferred:

• Prior manufacturing experience (medical device or regulated environment preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in a lead captain or champion role
• Working knowledge of production processes quality standards and safety practices
• Experience supporting training onboarding or employee development

$27.00/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
