Job Summary
As the Teacher Induction Regional Instructional Coach you will drive the success of beginning teachers through individualized coaching classroom observations mentoring and professional development designed to accelerate teacher effectiveness retention and improve instruction and student academic achievement. You will work directly with beginning teachers serving as teachers of record at Texas College Preparatory Academies (TCPA) and/or Premier High School (PHS) campuses providing personalized evidence-based support to increase educator effectiveness and long-term retention.
