Job Summary

The Allen County Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for an Alternative School Teacher Assistant/One-on-One Aide. The position includes supporting our classrooms for students in need of behavior Board has identified the following qualifications as having particular importance for the position:-Experience with students who demonstrate significant cognitive disabilities-Experience with students who demonstrate significant negative behavioral tendencies-Experience with or willingness to be trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)-experience collaborating with educational staff members-Demonstrate positive team player attitude-Demonstrate flexibility and willingness and ability to think outside the box
