• Part-time position; 4hours/day; 20hours/week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday student attendance days only
• Hourly Rate: $22.95
• Substitute Certification Required; Missouri Teacher Certification Preferred
• Non-exempt

Summary:Assist teachers with daily non-instructional and instructional activities and student management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Other duties may be assigned.

• Assists teacher in routing classroom operation i.e. tutoring etc.
• Prepares planned instructional materials attendance reports and class reports.
• Implements/follows teachers instructions of classroom procedures; reinforcement philosophy and consistency.
• Makes appropriate referrals when difficulties arise and teacher is not readily available.
• Demonstrates an understanding of students problems keeps a firm course yet is courteous.
• Keeps records writes lessons on the board and corrects students work.
• Performs extra duties as prescribed by the administration.
• Meet with students 6 of 7 class periods
• One prep period
• Classes ranging from 4-8 students by grade level
• Help students catch up in math
• Computer program ALEKS
• Connect with math teachers and support classroom topics
