Job Summary
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Middle School or Secondary Mathematics required; Math Specialist endorsement or certification preferred Certification: Valid Virginia State Teaching Certification (Middle School Math or Secondary Mathematics preferred). Experience: A minimum of 5 years proven experience in mathematics instruction or academic intervention; experience working with at-risk student populations is highly desirable. Skills: Deep understanding of algebraic foundations and common mathematical misconceptions. Proficiency in analyzing diagnostic data to drive instructional decisions. Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and classroom teachers.
Pay Rate:
Teacher Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Contract:
Full time / 10 months / 200 days
Start Date:
