Role Description

As a Tea Experience Specialist youll be one of the faces of Chaffee.

Rather than simply taking orders youll guide guests through our teas recommend beverages based on their preferences and create memorable experiences from the moment they walk through our doors.

Youll also prepare handcrafted beverages with precision assist with retail tea sales and continuously develop your knowledge of tea through our in-house training program.

No prior tea knowledge is requiredwere looking for curiosity passion and a willingness to learn.

What Youll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality
  
• Introduce customers to our tea collection and unique offerings
  
• Recommend teas and beverages based on individual preferences
  
• Create memorable experiences through thoughtful conversation and tea education
  
• Support afternoon tea experiences and tea tastings
  

• Prepare tea beverages according to Chaffees quality standards
  
• Brew traditional loose-leaf teas with consistency and precision
  
• Prepare specialty drinks tea lattes and signature beverages
  

• Educate guests on our premium loose-leaf teas
  
• Explain tea origins flavor profiles and brewing recommendations
  
• Assist customers in selecting teas tea ware and gifts
  
• Package retail products with care and attention to detail
  

• Operate POS and process transactions
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the boutique
  
• Restock inventory and assist with opening and closing duties
  
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  
• Support occasional special events and tea experiences
