Tax Supervisor

We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing continued growth and seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their St. Louis team. This firm offers a collaborative people-first culture with strong leadership and clear opportunities for advancement.
What Youll Do
- Supervise and review tax returns for a diverse client base
- Mentor and develop staff including onboarding and workflow management
- Prepare complex returns and technical memos
- Provide detailed review feedback and strategic insights
- Respond to IRS/state notices and research tax issues
- Build client relationships and identify value-added opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of engagements
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of public accounting tax experience
- CPA or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong review research and technical tax skills
- Leadership experience mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
