Tax Manager

Were currently partnered with a growing and highly regarded CPA firm in the Webster Groves area that is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team.

• Managing and reviewing tax returns for individuals businesses and trusts
• Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and managing relationships
• Overseeing engagements from start to finish with a high level of ownership
• Mentoring and developing junior staff
• Collaborating across tax consulting and advisory services as needed

• CPA required (EA considered in some cases)
• 3 years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with individual business and trust taxation
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements independently
• Experience with QuickBooks; UltraTax is a plus

$110000 $140000 base bonus and performance-driven upside
