What Youll Be Doing
Manage multiple client engagements and tax projects
Review and prepare complex tax returns
Partner directly with clients on tax planning strategy
Lead mentor and develop staff
Play an active role in business development firm growth

What Were Looking For
610 years of public accounting tax experience
CPA EA or JD required
Experience managing engagements leading teams
Strong client communication and advisory mindset
Also open to:
Senior Tax Accountants or Tax Supervisors (CPA required) with 6 years of public accounting experience who are ready to step into a Tax Manager role
