Were looking for a Tax Manager who brings technical expertise a passion for client service and strong leadership skills to help guide our growing team at our client in Chandler Arizona.
This position has a base salary of $120000 -$150000.

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and review complex individual corporate partnership and trust tax returns
- Lead client engagements and maintain strong ongoing client relationships
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses
- Supervise train and mentor tax staff and seniors
- Research tax issues and present findings to clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local tax regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Accounting Masters in tax a plus
- CPA license required
- 6 years of recent public accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge in individual corporate and partnership taxation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with tax research tools and tax preparation software
- Commitment to client service and collaborative team success
