This leader is responsible for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness developing and leading a high-performing team and maximizing beverage sales profitability and operational ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Tavern and support additional beverage outlets as train coach schedule and develop bartenders servers and support daily lineups and ongoing training focused on service excellence product knowledge and operational exceptional member and guest satisfaction through visible leadership and proactive high standards of appearance cleanliness sanitation and safety throughout all beverage beverage inventory ordering receiving storage and product monthly inventories and utilize reporting to manage beverage costs and labor expenses and staffing levels to achieve budget goals while maintaining service and maintain strong relationships with members guests vendors and team beverage programming promotions seasonal offerings and special compliance with all company policies health regulations and responsible alcohol service with beverage operations throughout the resort as business demands of two (2) years of experience as a Head Bartender Bar Manager or Beverage Supervisor in a full-service restaurant luxury resort hotel country club or private club dining and banquet experience leadership coaching and team development knowledge of beverage inventory management purchasing cost controls labor management and financial utilizing Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office communication and guest service to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends holidays and special Ponte Vedra Inn & ClubAt Ponte Vedra Inn & Club we believe our people are our greatest asset.
