Position Summary

The Tariff Analyst Isupportsthe administration maintenance and implementation of pipeline tariffs and related system data to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability. This roleis responsible forentering andmaintainingtariff rates and information in CTS supporting tariff filings and documentation andassistingwith VMACS project testing tied to new rates and infrastructure. Working closely with Commercial Accounting and other internal stakeholders the position helps ensure tariff records agreements and system data are aligned with a strong focus on accuracy detail and internal controls. This is an entry-level role withopportunityfor growth into advanced analytical and commercial positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation review and filing of tariffs with FERC and state regulatory agencies

  • Entry of tariff rates and information in CTS which is Plains internal system for scheduling and accounting

  • Stakeholder role for VMACS testprojectsto ensure tariff and agreement alignmentfor new tariff rates and infrastructure that will be entered into CTS

  • Maintain tariff records filing logs and electronic documentation

  • Assistwithregulatory responsibilities formaintainingtariff files subscriber lists and website posting

  • Review commercial agreements and extract tariff-related provisions

  • Perform basic tariff analysis and support internal inquiries

  • Ensurealignment between tariff documents and CTS as well ascompliance with applicable tariff regulations and internal controls

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field

  • 02 years of relevant experience preferred (energy or regulatory experience a plus)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word SharePoint)
