Tank Monitor Program Coordinator Contract to Hire

The Tank Monitor Coordinator supports tank monitor inventory transfers deployments and data management activities. This role maintains accurate system records resolves exceptions coordinates with vendors and field personnel and ensures monitor inventory and transfers are processed you will do:Process tank sensor inventory order and fixed asset transfer data create spreadsheets and maintain tracking and reconcile monitor locations in FSM TSS and vendor and distribute monitor transfer and resolve data discrepancies and transfer monitor orders inventory serial numbers and vendor monitor transfers installations and sensor non-working sensors and coordinate corrective status updates and communicate results to field teams and you will bring:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical vocational or business certification of one (1) year of work experience in a related position preferably logistics or service Microsoft Excel and data management attention to detail and organizational to analyze data and resolve managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced with Microsoft Office logistics asset management or operations experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams Authorization to work in the US is required.
