Job Summary

Are you an energetic people-focused professional with a talent for identifying top-tier talent Join our Human Resources team in our Flower Mound office as a Talent Specialist and serve as a critical partner in our mission to maintain a world-class this high-impact role you will lead the charge in bringing exceptional Behavior Technicians Treatment Professionals and Home Office support into our organization. Helping to ensure they have a seamless supportive and inspiring start to their careers with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for our clinical and support roles ensuring a positive and engaging experience from application to their first day. Drive efficient hiring efforts for our Behavior Technician roles utilizing creative sourcing strategies and optimized workflows to build a robust pipeline.

  • Recruitment Events: Actively drive the coordination and execution of various recruitment events including dynamic job fairs community events and group interviews.

  • Requisition Management: Manage the staffing dashboard for treatment and home office roles ensuring accurate creation approval workflows and tracking of new openings.

  • Culture Ambassador: Serve as a vibrant champion of our company values ensuring every interaction from initial outreach to onboarding reflects our mission and fosters a welcoming inclusive environment for all. Participate in internal home office events such as Culture Club.

  • Hiring Manager Engagement: Partner closely with department leadership to align on hiring needs providing consultative support and data-driven insights to streamline decisions and ensure we find the right fit for every team.


Qualifications :

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Experience: Prior talent acquisition experience required with a strong preference for Healthcare or other related industries. Previous experience with SmartRecruiters and Google Workspace preferred.

    • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly concisely and empathetically.

    • Customer Centric Approach: A genuine passion for providing exceptional internal customer service dedicated to supporting employees and internal stakeholders with a positive attitude.

    • Proven Time Management: Excellent time management abilities and a track record of thriving and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

    • Agility & Adaptability: The ability to function effectively and professionally in an evolving work environment readily adapting to new priorities and challenges.
