Overview:

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand and anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify strategic recruiting solutions to meet those needs.

• This role manages the recruitment process for all open positions in assigned business units with a focus on identifying and tapping into new sourcing resources and utilize proactive techniques to recruit diverse high value candidates
• Engage in tactical and strategic sourcing to help business units proactively source and place top talent
• Executes and facilitates the overall recruitment strategy including screening interviewing and testing while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers
• Participates in projecting future employment needs creating recruitment plans and improving the employment process
• This role may lead projects and excels at maintaining and successfully addressing a high load of positions a variety of positions and/or hard to fill positions in the areas of greatest need

Education

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Bachelors Degree strongly preferred

Experience

• Two years of Human Resources experience with a Bachelors Degree or four years of equivalent experience with a High School Diploma or GED are required.
• 3-5 years recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Recruitment in Healthcare environment strongly preferred
• Experience with high volume recruitment hard to fill positions
• Sourcing experience required
• Ability to attend recruitment events and participate in TA events strongly preferred (Virginia/North Carolina)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $68598.40 - $103396.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
