Were looking for a relentless people-driven Talent Sourcer / Candidate Acquisition Specialist who thrives on the huntsomeone who knows how to find engage and attract top-tier talent before anyone else does.

What Youll Do:
- Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn job boards databases referrals and creative search strategies.
- Build strong pipelines of candidates for current and future openings.
- Engage candidates through calls emails and messaging with a high level of professionalism and persistence.
- Qualify candidates quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Maintain detailed notes track activity and follow up consistently-nothing falls through the cracks.
- Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities and deliver results quickly.
- Continuously find new and better ways to source talent and stay ahead of the market.
