Overview:
The Talent Sourcer serves as a strategic partner to Executive Recruiting responsible for building and engaging high-caliber leadership pipelines aligned to current and future business priorities. This role integrates market intelligence proactive talent mapping and consultative candidate engagement to support complex high-impact searches while strengthening candidate slates and delivering a consistent executive-level candidate experience.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree required preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
* 4 years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience required
* Experience with Workday ATS system preferred
* Experience in petroleum utilities manufacturing or related fields preferred
* Experience supporting high volume roles preferred
