Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews calendars travel expenses and invoices.
- Manage candidate travel logistics and reimbursements.
- Support recruitment events conferences and resident/fellowship recruitment initiatives.
- Administer sign-on and referral bonus programs.
- Perform Workday tasks reporting referral matching and data management.
- Support vendor processes and recruitment operations.
- Provide exceptional service to candidates recruiters hiring leaders and vendors.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting HR administration or customer service.
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
- Workday experience preferred.
