What Youll Do

Every day is different but your main responsibilities will include:

• Talent Sourcing: Research and identify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards professional networks and advanced sourcing strategies.

• Market Research & Intelligence: Build talent pipelines conduct talent mapping and perform market research including salary benchmarking competitor analysis and hiring trends.

• Search Strategy & Client Support: Partner with clients and recruiters to develop search strategies provide market intelligence and support search deliverables.

• Recruiting Content & Documentation: Develop and maintain sourcing strategies job descriptions interview scorecards and other recruiting resources and search documentation.

• Recruiting Technology & AI: Assist with recruiting technology initiatives AI workflows sourcing tools and process improvement projects to enhance team efficiency and search execution.

• Database Management: Maintain accurate records organized pipelines and a clean Applicant Tracking System while tracking recruiting activity and pipeline metrics.
